A METAVERSE TO CONQUER (PART 2)

Captain Gaia's popularity has skyrocketed as a result of his victorious missions throughout the known metaverses freeing the unfortunate animals and sending their tormentors and executioners to the limbo.
Such is his fame, that the very "Society for the Welfare of Animal and Plant Species of all Metaverses", has invited him to deliver a speech at its headquarters. Captain Gaia has gladly accepted said invitation and we have been able to obtain a copy of his speech from which we reproduce a few paragraphs below:
Excerpts from Captain Gaia’s “We owe them” speech:
"We fight the evil man who wants to enrich himself at the expense of our colleagues imprisoned and enslaved for life and doomed to a cruel and painful death."
“Today I am telling you about our friends and family who are waiting to be vivisected in laboratories, used in clinical trials, cosmetic tests, who spend their lives housed in overcrowded farms, fur farms, zoos, circuses - to name a few - in miserable conditions.”
“I am referring to those whose lives only serve to entertain the most basic and cruel humans who deny them the condition of sentient beings and attend, for example, village festivals with underage bulls in the towns of Spain and Latin America, or reward with money the wicked owners of the dancing bears of Southeast Europe.”
"Our armies act in recurrent and periodic missions saving them and punishing their captors and executioners."
“You know that for evil humans anything goes as long as some benefit can be derived from these poor beings.”
Because of these speeches and their successful missions, the honorable James Lovelock, creator of the Gaia hypothesis and the greatest environmental thinker of our time, elected by the allied armies of the "Save The Planet" coalition as Prime Minister of the Metaverses and Known Lands, has bestowed on Captain Gaia the Order of the Novacene Era medal of honor, the highest accolade in existence today.
